The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our

stay even more enjoyable. The family room was spacious and clean, offering great views of the surrounding mountains. However, parking was a hassle, and we ended up walking a bit further than we expected to find a spot.

My room was spacious, but I had bed bug bites after my first night.

The spacious room overlooked the river, and I enjoyed sipping coffee in the comfortable armchair while taking in the beautiful scenes outside. Plus, the rich breakfast was a delightful start to my day.

However, I did have trouble sleeping due to noise from the busy main road. The soundproofing was not adequate, which impacted my overall comfort during the stay.

The double room was pretty spacious and had this great huge window overlooking the river, which made mornings lovely. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved the amenities that included quality toiletries and tea facilities. Just a small downside, I found the bathroom could use some updates as it felt a bit worn. But honestly, the views and comfy space made up for it!

Spacious room with a massive bed, and the breakfast was abundant (totally loved the fresh fruits! ). Location is ideal for exploring both downtown (so many shops nearby! ) and the old town.

However, parking arrangements could be clearer. we struggled to find a spot and ended up parked quite far away.

the room had a lovely big window overlooking the river! the staff were super friendly and helpful 😊 breakfast was great with fresh croissants and omelets. location was perfect for getting around the city, really loved it!

The triple room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, right near shops and easy access to ski slopes. We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living area while the kids played nearby.

In my wife's opinion, parking options were limited.
